These are Daytona heated grips which are perfect when touring or commuting in the colder weather!
They fit on 7/8″ (22.2mm) handlebars and have 4 different levels of heat control, each of the heat levels has a different colour LED to represent which level you are on. No need to worry about them draining your battey as they automatically turn off once the input voltage is DC12V or less for more than 5 seconds.
The button for the grips is on the left hand grip. They are also waterproof which is a massive bonus.
