The Cooperb Himalayan 450 Performance Pack 1 incorporates 3 key elements to improve the performance, rideability, looks and sound of this fantastic bike. Working with our trusted partners HP Corse, DNA and FuelX we have incorporated top quality components into a first class performance pack. This upgrade to the Himalayan 450 has been proven by Cooperb in races, rallies and and general touring over the years and enhances all aspects of performance.

Δ HP Corse Stainless Steel Full Exhaust System

Constructed from hand-polished A304 grade stainless steel the HP Corse system is a lightweight design consisting of a header, mid-pipe and silencer, with a total weight of 3.64 kg allowing remarkable weight savings over the 7.52 kg original system.

The oval silencer body is crafted from ultra-light stainless steel and has a streamlined design, with a high quality abrasion resistant silver Inox finish. High quality sound-absorbing material ensuring the system has a deep sporty note without being excessively loud. A carbon fiber pipe shield cover completes the system.

The system is secured to the frame using a reinforced bracket with TIG welding, a center stand bracket and calibrated couplings are included.

This system is designed for a Plug-and-Play setup, making installation straightforward along with the DNA filter and FuelX fuel optimisation system.

Please note this pipe is not currently compatible with Euro 5+ however we will have a compatible version will be available by August 2025

Δ DNA Air Filter & Box Cover S2 Combo

The second element of the performance pack is the DNA® Stage 2 kit eliminating the OEM intake snorkel of the Himalayan 450 and offers higher performance and better intake sound.

This Stage 2 kit is designed to replace the stock plastic air box intake cover and will increase the airflow, filtering efficiency, power, torque and throttle response, the flow of this new DNA filter is +66.70% more than the stock filter!

The all new FuelX Pro+ is designed not just to offer you the best refinement and riding experience, but also improves part-throttle horsepower and torque up to 25%. FuelX is a state of the art electronic plug-in fuel-injection optimizer for modern engines. It autotunes the engine to its best operational parameters, constantly monitoring, learning and adapting to the engine’s condition, wear and tear, riding style, add-ons (such as air filters and/or exhausts), as well as the environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, altitude etc. It always ensures that the engine performs in the safest and most optimal zones.

The FuelX Pro Plus offers up to 25% more horsepower and torque, 2x throttle response and acceleration, with 10 switchable autotune maps adjustable from the included handlebar switch

The ability to change fuel mapping ensures a cool and happy running engine at any altitude levels. The unit is water and heat resistant, shock proof and Iinstallation is simple plug-and-play.
