You can fit this kit without modifying any cables or hoses & it takes around 60 minutes to fit.
The effect is to lift the handle bars sufficiently to be riding the bike with the wrist in a natural straight position & looking straight ahead without a crick in your neck. It makes riding much more pleasureable.
