The Bear 650 is the latest from Royal Enfield - A stylish new scrambler with a 60's soul! This bike combines authentic heritage scrambler styling & raw, uncompromising spirit in possibly one of the prettiest looking packages we have seen. This bike gives a massive nod to the absolute legend that is Eddie Mulder AKA Fast Eddie. Eddie is still the youngest entrant to tackle & tame the infamous "Big Bear Run". In 1960 765 riders started this gruelling race over 150 miles over Californian desert & only 207 made the finnish line! And our man started dead last after a last minute start line toilet break! Amazingly he went on to win - heralding the start of a glittering career for Eddie & legendary status for Royal Enfield Fury!

Whilst this bike may be based on an Interceptor , the Bear has seen some big changes - She's now sat on Showa USD 130mm travel big piston forks, Showa 115mm Twinshocks on the rear. A 19" Front & 17" Rear wheel coupled with some big chunky tyres help give this bike the ultimate scrambler look as well as helping increase ground clearance to 184mm. We all know & love the silky smooth 650 Twin motor & thanks to a few changes, it's now even better!! The engine pushes out a healthy 47 bhp at 7250 rpm, she's had a healthy kick to now produce 56.5nm of torque @ 5150 rpm to help give the mid range a bit more punch!!
